Summary

We run Meta ads that drive traffic to a landing page. Users fill out a Zoho Form which flows into Zoho CRM. We need to close the loop with Facebook to let it know which leads are qualified/disqualified. What we need: Connect our ZOHO FORM/ZOHO CRM with Facebook Conversions API (CAPI) events based on lead qualification status. We dont need to track stages, we just need a simple qualified/disqualified signal so that the Facebook Algorithm optimizes for qualified leads not just lead volume. Scope: Review our Zoho Form → Zoho CRM setup Set up qualification logic/field mapping in CRM Build integration to trigger CAPI events when lead status is updated Test end-to-end and verify in Facebook Events Manager Requirements: Must have direct experience integrating Zoho CRM with Facebook Conversions API (server-side events). Please include a specific example where you connected a CRM or backend system to Facebook CAPI, including how you handled event deduplication with the browser pixel. Stack: Zoho Forms, Zoho CRM, Facebook CAPI.
