Facebook Community Engagement Specialist — Parent Groups

We’re looking for a parent to help Poplin build an authentic presence in Facebook groups for parents and families. Poplin is a nationwide laundry pickup and delivery service. See poplin.co. Many of our best customers are busy parents overwhelmed by laundry. We want to participate in the online communities where they already spend time—not by spamming groups, but by contributing useful, relevant, human responses and identifying natural opportunities to introduce Poplin. You would: - Find and join relevant Facebook groups for parents, moms, families, and local communities - Participate consistently and build credibility over time - Respond helpfully to posts about laundry, household overwhelm, lack of time, and related problems - Mention Poplin only when genuinely relevant - Be transparent about your connection to Poplin - Identify partnership opportunities with group admins and community leaders - Track activity - Provide a short weekly report with what worked, what did not, and what to test next We are not looking for someone to post generic promotional content or manage Poplin’s own social pages. This role is about community participation, judgment, trust, and subtle but transparent brand advocacy.
