Summary

Job Title: Performance Creative Specialist & Ad Copywriter (Meta/Social Ads) Role Overview: We are looking for a Performance Creative Specialist who understands that winning ads are built on deep research and psychological angles, not just high-quality design. You will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of social media ad creatives and high-converting long-form copy. The ideal candidate knows how to leverage AI to scale output without sacrificing the "human" hook that stops the scroll. You should be a "detective" in the Ad Library—finding what works for competitors and innovating on those findings rather than just imitating them. Key Responsibilities: * Ad Library Research: Spend significant time in the Meta Ad Library to identify winning trends, creative formats, and messaging patterns. * Creative Production: Design static images and/or basic video motion graphics optimized for high CTR and conversion. * Direct-Response Copywriting: Write compelling, long-form ad copy. You should be able to prompt AI tools effectively to generate drafts, but you must have the editorial skill to refine them into high-converting assets. * Angle Development: Develop unique marketing angles (e.g., fear-based, logic-based, social proof, or "us vs. them") to test different psychological triggers. * Iterative Testing: Look at performance data to understand why a creative won or lost, then iterate on the winning elements. Requirements: * Expert-level navigation of the Meta Ad Library to break down competitor funnels and creative strategies. * Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools with a focus on direct-response design (bold text, clear CTAs, high contrast). * Experience using LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for copywriting, specifically for engineering prompts that result in varied "voices" and angles. * A data-informed mindset—you understand how metrics like Hook Rate and Hold Rate influence creative decisions. * Ability to look at a product or service and identify 3–5 different emotional triggers to test. How to Apply: Please submit your portfolio or examples of previous ad creatives you have designed. In your cover letter, please include a brief breakdown of a winning ad you recently found in the Meta Ad Library and why you think it is performing well.
