AI Facebook Creative Strategist (Seedance Expert) – Monthly Retainer + Profit Share

Description: We're looking for an exceptionally creative AI video creator who understands what makes Facebook ads convert. This is not a traditional video editing role. We're looking for someone who can consistently generate new concepts, hooks, storylines, and ad angles—not just execute instructions. We run large-scale paid social campaigns in the affiliate marketing space and need someone who can create 3–5 new video creatives per day using AI tools, primarily Seedance.
