Facebook Ad Designer Needed to Recreate & Adapt Proven Direct-Response Ad Creatives

Summary

We are a U.S.-based digital marketing agency focused on lead generation for home service businesses (painting contractors, roofers, etc.). We run Facebook and Instagram ads to generate leads from home service contractors who may be interested in booking a demo or sales call with our team. We are looking for a Facebook/Instagram ad creative designer to recreate and adapt proven direct-response ad images for our lead generation campaigns. This project is for static image ad creatives only (not video, animation, or motion graphics). We already have 40+ winning ad examples from competitors. Your job will be to recreate these concepts into original, high-quality ad creatives that maintain the same marketing message but improve design clarity, hierarchy, and visual appeal. This is not branding work and not a strategy role. The concepts are already proven, we need execution and production. What you will be doing: · Recreate existing Meta ad creatives based on provided examples · Improve visual hierarchy (headline emphasis, spacing, readability) · Create multiple design variations for A/B testing · Apply different layouts, fonts, colors, and styling while keeping messaging consistent · Produce scroll-stopping static ad images for Meta ads Deliverables (initial test project): · 10 Facebook/Instagram static ad creatives (1080x1350 preferred) · Editable Canva files (required) · 1–2 revision rounds if needed If the first batch is successful, there is additional work for 35+ more creatives. Required skills: · Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creative design · Graphic design for performance marketing · Canva (or Adobe Photoshop) · Understanding of direct-response / lead generation ads is a plus · Ability to follow references and replicate marketing structure How we like to work: · Fast turnaround preferred · Clear communication · We provide examples and direction, you focus on execution · Feedback will be direct and focused on performance (not subjective design preference) To apply, please include: · 2–3 examples of Facebook or Instagram ad creatives you have designed for lead generation or paid ads · Brief note on your experience with performance marketing creatives · Confirmation you can deliver Canva editable files We appreciate your interest and look forward to reviewing your work.
