Facebook Group Growth & Monetization Strategist

ABOUT: We are a mental health education company with a large, fast-growing audience. We are relaunching an existing private Facebook group for licensed therapists and want to turn it into a real marketing and retention channel. GOAL: The goal is not just to grow members. We want an active community that drives webinar registrations, course and certification sales, membership trials, repeat purchases, and stronger brand trust over time. This is a one-time strategy and launch project, with potential for future consulting work. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Audit and reposition our existing Facebook group - Create a growth plan using email, webinar funnels, customer onboarding, and giveaways - Build a strategy to turn group engagement into webinar registrations and sales - Help create promotional rules that drive revenue without hurting trust - Build member onboarding, approval, and moderation workflows - Set up Admin Assist and group systems - Create a 30-day launch content calendar - Create a weekly engagement and promotion framework - Help structure a founding-member giveaway campaign - Build SOPs and training materials for our future in-house Community Manager - Recommend KPIs for member growth, engagement, registrations, trials, and revenue WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: - Proven experience growing and monetizing Facebook Groups - Experience turning communities into sales or lead-generation channels - Strong understanding of community engagement, launches, promotions, and member retention - Experience with funnels, webinars, digital products, memberships, or online education is a major plus - Can show real examples, screenshots, case studies, or revenue results from past groups - Strong written English and strategic thinking TO APPLY: 1.
