Facebook Group Promotion & Social Listening Agency

We are looking for a full-service agency to help us with Facebook social listening and group-based promotion in the online reselling space. Our company, Crosslist, is a cross listing app for online sellers. We want to increase awareness in relevant Facebook groups where resellers, marketplace sellers, and small ecommerce sellers are active. What we need We are looking for an agency that can handle the full process, including: - Finding relevant Facebook groups in the reselling, online selling, Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Vinted, and ecommerce space - Monitoring conversations where people discuss problems related to cross listing, inventory management, marketplace selling, relisting, delisting, and selling on multiple platforms - Identifying good opportunities to mention Crosslist in relevant discussions - Posting and commenting in Facebook groups using your own accounts - Managing the accounts, activity, posting schedule, and execution on your side - Tracking relevant discussions, questions, complaints, and competitor mentions - Providing regular reports with links to posts/comments, group names, engagement, and insights - Helping us understand what sellers are struggling with and what language they use when talking about these problems You should already have experience with Facebook group promotion, social listening, community marketing, or guerilla marketing. Ideally, you have worked with SaaS, ecommerce, marketplaces, or reseller-related products before.
