I run a private wellness center in Boca Raton, Florida, offering members access to exclusive wellness experiences and services. We operate as a private membership club rather than a public health facility, which shapes both our brand and our marketing approach. We're growing our membership base and looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to help reach the right people in our local market. Because we operate as a private wellness center, our advertising leans into lifestyle, belonging, and experience rather than health claims. Our Target Audience: Adults in Palm Beach County (Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Deerfield Beach, Lighthouse Point, and surrounding areas) who value wellness, self-care, community, and meaningful lifestyle experiences. We serve people from all walks of life and welcome members across a wide range of backgrounds. What You'll Do: You'll run our entire Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) program end-to-end. - Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns for local awareness, lead generation, and membership growth - Develop campaign structures optimized for our Palm Beach County target market - Write ad copy that speaks to lifestyle, community, and wellness experience - Manage audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences - A/B test creative, audiences, and messaging to continuously improve performance - Report weekly on performance metrics (CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates) - Navigate Meta's advertising policies to keep our campaigns running smoothly - Adjust strategy based on business goals and campaign learnings Required Experience: - Hands-on Meta Ads management experience for US-based businesses - Proven experience running local lead generation campaigns (not just e-commerce or global brand awareness) - Verifiable track record with at least 2 case studies showing CPL, conversion rates, and total leads generated - Experience with wellness centers, spas, yoga studios, or holistic health or membership-based businesses - Strong understanding of Meta's ad policies and how to write copy that gets approved - Fluent written English - Marketing for lifestyle brands To be considered, please include the following in your application: - A brief summary (3-4 sentences) of your experience with Meta Ads for local service businesses, wellness, or membership brands - Two case studies from past clients showing: industry, ad budget managed, CPL achieved, and any relevant metrics (screenshots or public dashboards are ideal) - Your approach to positioning a private wellness membership in ads (2-3 sentences) - Your Meta Blueprint certification if applicable Type "369" at the top of your proposal if you've made it to the end.
