That changes now. Role Summary You will own strategy and execution for Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. The focus: build our brand, grow a targeted audience, and turn attention into event inquiries and bookings. What You’ll Do - Create a 90‑day social strategy and content calendar from scratch - Turn our AI images and new assets into Reels, posts, carousels, Stories, and Pins - Act as our Instagram growth and engagement partner (comments, DMs, collaborations) - Grow real, relevant followers and improve saves, shares, and profile visits - Maintain active posting on Facebook and Pinterest that supports bookings - Report results and iterate based on what works Who We’re Looking For - Proven experience growing Instagram (ideally venues, weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle) - Portfolio with before/after examples and clear metrics - Strong understanding of engagement-based growth and DM/lead handling - Comfortable proposing structure, systems, and basic automations - Proactive, data‑driven, and able to work with a founder who moves fast - Platforms: Instagram (primary), Facebook, Pinterest - Ongoing monthly collaboration (not one‑off) - Open to retainer + performance‑based bonuses To apply, share: - 2–4 accounts you’ve grown and your role - A short 90‑day plan outline for our venue - Your proposed monthly rate and ideal structure
