Do you love editing short-form videos that are designed to get attention, generate leads, and drive sales? We’re looking for a FAST, reliable, detail-oriented editor to help us produce a large volume of Facebook and Instagram ad creatives every week. This is not a cinematic editing role. This is not a YouTube editing role. This is a direct-response advertising role. Your job is simple: Take proven scripts, raw footage, and winning ad concepts and turn them into engaging short-form ads that stop the scroll and generate results. About Us My name is Jayden and I run Ecom Consulting. We help people build and scale Amazon businesses. We’re currently scaling our paid advertising efforts and need an editor who can keep up with the volume required to test and scale creatives. What You’ll Be Doing * Editing short-form Facebook and Instagram ads * Adding captions, graphics, b-roll, hooks, and visual elements * Modeling edits after winning ads we provide * Producing multiple variations of the same creative * Delivering projects quickly and consistently * Organizing files and maintaining communication through Slack What Success Looks Like * 24-hour turnaround times * Consistent communication * High attention to detail * Ability to follow creative direction * Ability to edit large volumes of content every week Volume Expectations You will have access to: * 25+ creatives per week * Constant raw footage * Proven examples to model This is a high-volume position. We are looking for speed and consistency. Compensation Compensation is performance-based and paid per completed reel. Starting rate: * $10 USD per edited reel As volume increases, compensation opportunities increase as well.
