Facebook Ads Creative & Media Buying Specialist (creative testing) We are looking for a highly skilled Facebook Ads Creative & Media Buying Specialist who is obsessed with creative testing, ad performance, and scaling winning campaigns. This is NOT just a copywriting role. We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to consistently launch and test new ad creatives every single week inside Facebook Ads Manager to identify winning ads that drive leads, booked calls, and sales. The ideal candidate understands that in today’s advertising environment, creative testing is everything. You should be someone who: Thinks strategically Moves quickly Loves testing angles/hooks Understands direct response marketing Knows how to improve performance through creative iteration Can analyze data and make decisions based on results Responsibilities Creative Testing & Ad Launching Create, launch, and test new Facebook ad creatives weekly Continuously test: Hooks Angles Headlines Ad copy Video concepts CTAs Thumbnails Messaging styles Build structured creative testing systems inside Facebook Ads Manager Identify winning creatives and iterate rapidly Ad Copywriting Write compelling direct-response ad copy designed to: Stop the scroll Generate leads Drive webinar/challenge registrations Increase booked sales calls Improve conversions Write both short-form and long-form ad copy Create emotionally compelling hooks and messaging Ensure ad copy aligns with our brand voice and audience Facebook Ads Management Set up and manage Facebook ad campaigns inside Meta Ads Manager Monitor campaign performance daily Optimize campaigns based on data and performance metrics Scale winning ads strategically Turn off underperforming creatives quickly Manage campaign budgets efficiently Performance Analysis Analyze key metrics including: CTR Hook rate CPC CPA ROAS Conversion rates Landing page performance Use data to improve creative direction and campaign performance Report on testing insights and winning patterns Creative Strategy Brainstorm new ad angles and concepts consistently Research competitors and market trends Study winning direct-response ads and apply successful frameworks Help create systems for ongoing ad production and testing Work closely with our team to improve conversion rates throughout the funnel Qualifications Proven experience running Facebook ads successfully Strong understanding of creative testing strategies Experience scaling ads and finding winning creatives Strong direct-response copywriting skills Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions Highly organized and proactive Creative thinker with strong marketing instincts Experience in coaching, health, online education, or info-product businesses preferred Ideal Candidate The ideal person for this role: Is obsessed with testing creatives Understands that winning ads come from volume and iteration Can launch new ad tests consistently without needing constant direction Knows how to combine psychology, marketing, and data Understands customer pain points and desires deeply Moves fast and adapts quickly based on results Is both creative and analytical Goal of This Role The goal of this role is to consistently identify and scale winning ad creatives that: Generate qualified leads Increase booked sales calls Lower acquisition costs Improve conversion rates Help grow and scale the business profitably through Facebook advertising
