Summary

Hello. I run a literacy program that teaches children how to read. Primary Goal My primary objective is to generate qualified leads by getting families to complete an Enrollment Interest Form through Facebook and Instagram advertising. Important context: BCRA is a non-profit, and I cannot sustain an ongoing monthly management fee. My plan is to work with someone for one month, learn as much as I can during that time, and then take over managing the campaigns myself. Beyond getting ads running, I am specifically looking for someone willing to teach me along the way. Please only respond if you are comfortable with a one-month, teaching-focused engagement. Current Situation BCRA is new to social media and social media advertising. We are in the early stages of building our presence on Facebook and Instagram. We do not have an established audience or significant advertising history. The Meta Pixel is already installed on our website. We are looking for guidance on the best strategy to generate enrollment inquiries. Scope of Services Requested Please provide details on: Your recommended advertising strategy for a new educational non-profit. Whether you recommend Lead Form Ads within Facebook/Instagram or directing traffic to our website enrollment form, and why. Whether your services include: Ad campaign setup Audience targeting Ad copywriting Creative recommendations (we can provide flyers/images) Meta Pixel verification (the Pixel is installed; I need the lead event confirmed as firing correctly, not a setup from scratch) Retargeting campaigns Ongoing optimization and reporting Teaching & Handoff Because I'll be managing this myself after the first month, I'd like the engagement to be hands-on as a learning experience. Please confirm whether you are willing to: Build everything inside my own Meta account, where I'll grant you the access you need. Explain the reasoning behind your campaign decisions as you make them. Show me how you analyze performance and decide what to optimize. Provide recommendations for how I should continue managing the campaigns after our month ends. Do a screen-share walkthrough at the end so I understand the full account setup. Questions Please include answers to the following: What is included in your pricing? How do you define a "campaign"? Specifically, how many campaigns, ad sets, and ad creatives will I have at launch? How many ad creatives (flyers/videos) are included? Is retargeting included in your fee or billed separately? What results or key performance metrics should we expect to track? What information or assets would you need from me to get started? Do you recommend a Conversion API setup for my situation, given the Pixel is already installed? We are looking for a partner who can help us establish an effective advertising foundation, generate enrollment interest for our program, and leave us able to run it ourselves afterward.
