Summary

Overview We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Media Buyer to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands performance marketing, testing frameworks, audience strategy, creative analysis, and scaling profitable campaigns. We're not looking for someone who simply launches ads. We're looking for someone who can analyze data, identify opportunities, and make strategic decisions that drive growth. Responsibilities • Manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns • Monitor performance and make daily optimizations • Test audiences, creatives, placements, and campaign structures • Identify winning ads and scale campaigns efficiently • Analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights • Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad performance • Stay up to date with Meta advertising best practices and platform changes Deliverables • Daily campaign management and optimization • Weekly performance reports • Testing roadmap and scaling recommendations • Performance analysis and actionable insights Requirements • Proven experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns • Strong understanding of performance marketing and media buying • Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Ability to interpret data and optimize based on performance • Excellent communication and reporting skills • Self-motivated and proactive Preferred • Experience with ecommerce brands • Experience using attribution and analytics tools • Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing workflows To Apply Briefly describe your Facebook advertising experience.
