Facebook PPC Manager for Automotive Business

Hello Everyone! We are looking for someone to help build a marketing funnel to help hire mechanics for our growing automotive repair shop. You will be working with our talented marketing team, to help build a PPC campaign on Facebook and Instagram, then integrate it directly with our current website. Details of what we are looking for below. Requirements - A proven track record with references. - Ability to identify audience interests, and build campaigns built on found interests. - Ability to build targeted ads specifically to an audience working as Auto Mechanics - Experience building optimized campaigns through out Facebook and Instagram platforms. - Analytical skills to read campaign performance metrics, to guide and optimize the campaign budget. - Perform AB testing on different marketing strategies and keywords. - Knowledge in creating online funnels on both advertising mediums and websites. - Ability to use and setup website driven analytics to measure and track funnel performance (hot jar, google analytics etc) Bonus if you - Have experience with building campaigns to hire people. - Have worked with the automotive industry.
