About Us EngineerAlly is developing a patent-pending HVAC monitoring platform that helps homeowners and contractors better understand HVAC system performance through continuous monitoring of airflow, indoor air quality, temperature, humidity, and system operation. Our goal is to help contractors move beyond one-time service visits and create ongoing customer relationships through actionable HVAC insights. We are preparing for an initial marketing test and are looking for an experienced Facebook and Meta advertising professional to help us establish our social media presence and validate market interest. Project Overview We are seeking a freelancer to help us build the foundation of our Facebook presence and execute a 30-day customer validation campaign. As an early-stage company, we have limited social media assets and content today. We are looking for a partner who can help us determine the best messaging, audiences, and content strategy while running advertising campaigns that generate meaningful market feedback. The primary objective is to determine whether there is measurable demand for our product, identify which audiences respond most strongly, and develop a repeatable marketing approach for future growth. Project Budget: Approximately $2,000 for management, strategy, content development, and reporting. Advertising spend will be provided separately. Scope of Work The selected freelancer will: Set up and optimize our Facebook Business Page Recommend page structure, branding, and profile content Develop an initial content strategy and posting calendar Advise us on content we should create and provide direction for future content development Create and publish foundational posts to establish credibility and support advertising efforts Review our website, product positioning, and target audiences Develop a testing strategy for customer validation Create ad copy and creative assets Build and launch Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns Test multiple audiences, messaging approaches, and offers Monitor and optimize campaigns throughout the engagement Provide weekly updates on performance and learnings Deliver a final report summarizing results, insights, and recommendations What We Want to Learn By the end of the project, we would like to understand: Which audiences show the highest interest in our product Which messages resonate most strongly Whether homeowners, HVAC contractors, or other segments are the best initial target market Estimated cost per lead and customer acquisition potential Which content themes generate the highest engagement Whether the results justify expanding our marketing investment Success Metrics We are primarily interested in business outcomes and market validation, including: Cost per click (CPC) Cost per lead (CPL) Landing page conversion rates Audience engagement and response Messaging effectiveness Lead quality and overall demand signals Ideal Experience Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns Experience helping startups or early-stage companies validate new products Strong copywriting and content development skills Experience creating social media content strategies Strong understanding of audience targeting and A/B testing Ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable recommendations Experience marketing home services, HVAC, smart home, SaaS, or IoT products is a plus To Apply Please include: Examples of Facebook or Instagram campaigns you have personally managed Relevant performance metrics (CPL, CPC, conversion rates, etc.) A brief description of how you would approach this 30-day validation project Any experience marketing home service, contractor, HVAC, or technology products We are looking for a partner who can help us learn quickly, establish a strong foundation, and determine the most effective path forward.
