Social Media Investigator

**Summary** **Please read before applying:** You should already have an established account on at least one major social platform (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.) and be familiar with participating in online communities in a natural, respectful way. I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant to support ongoing market research and community engagement. **What you’ll be doing:** * Join relevant online groups and communities that I’ll identify * Observe discussions and engage where appropriate in a genuine, non-spammy way * Start conversations to understand what people are currently interested in or looking for * Record useful insights (preferences, trends, needs) in a structured spreadsheet * Keep records organised and updated over time **Important:** This role is focused on **research and relationship-building**, not aggressive outreach or unsolicited messaging. All activity should align with platform guidelines and community norms.
