Facebook & TikTok Ads VA (Dropshipping / Ecommerce)

We are looking for a highly organized Ecommerce Ads VA to help manage and launch Facebook and TikTok advertising campaigns. This is a long-term position for someone who is detail-oriented, fast, and experienced working inside Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager. Responsibilities - Launch Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns using provided SOPs - Duplicate and scale winning campaigns - Upload and organize ad creatives - Monitor campaign performance and report key metrics - Maintain campaign naming conventions and organization - Track campaign performance in spreadsheets - Follow Loom videos and written instructions accurately Requirements - Experience with Meta Ads Manager - Experience with TikTok Ads Manager - Understanding of ecommerce KPIs (CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS) - Strong attention to detail - Reliable internet connection - Good English communication - Ability to work independently Preferred - Dropshipping experience - Familiarity with Shopify - Familiarity with TikTok Creative Center Please answer the following: 1.
