Faceless YouTube Producer & Workflow Specialist (AI-Powered Content Systems) We are looking for an experienced Faceless YouTube Producer who has built and successfully managed an efficient, AI-powered content production workflow. This role is more than video editing; we're looking for someone with a proven system who can help us establish a scalable production process for faceless YouTube content. Responsibilities * Produce high-quality faceless YouTube videos from concept to final delivery. * Walk us through your complete production workflow and explain how your system operates. * Recommend and demonstrate the AI tools and software you use throughout the process. * Assist in creating repeatable systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for future content production. * Optimize workflows for scripting, voiceovers, visuals, editing, thumbnails, publishing, and content management. * Collaborate with us to improve efficiency and scale our YouTube production. Requirements * Proven experience producing successful faceless YouTube channels. * Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation workflows. * Experience with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Frame.io, Airtable, and other modern AI/video production platforms (or equivalent). * Ability to clearly explain your workflow and reasoning behind your process. * Excellent communication skills. * Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
