Faceless YouTube Video Editor — Cinematic Motivation Content (Ongoing)

About the channel We're launching a faceless YouTube channel in the motivation space — cinematic, emotionally-driven videos in the style of Motiversity (youtube.com/@motiversity). Uplifting, subtly faith-inspired tone: think a journey from darkness into light, paired with epic but warm music. We have our scripts and voiceover handled; we need a skilled editor to bring each piece to life visually. What you'll be editing (per video) -Length: roughly 8-10 minutes of finished video. We provide: the final script and the AI voiceover audio file. You provide: the full edit — sourcing cinematic stock B-roll, selecting and syncing royalty-free music, color grading, animated text-on-screen for key lines, and a cold-open hook + outro. The edit should breathe with the voiceover (cuts on the beat, footage matched to the emotion of each line) and build from moody to hopeful by the end. What we're looking for -Demonstrated experience editing cinematic / motivational / "quote" style content — please show real examples. -Strong sense of pacing, music selection, and emotional timing (this matters more than fancy effects). -Clean, legible text animation. -Solid understanding of licensing — you source footage and music from properly licensed/royalty-free libraries (Pexels, Storyblocks, Epidemic Sound, Artlist, etc.) and never reuse copyrighted speeches or clips. This is non-negotiable for a monetized channel. -Reliable communication and consistent turnaround. Nice to have Your own go-to stock and music library subscriptions. Thumbnail design ability (bonus, not required). Experience growing or editing for a faceless channel. The work This is an ongoing role — we're publishing on a regular cadence and want a long-term editing partner, not a one-off. We'll start with one short paid test edit (~45-60 seconds, same brief given to all candidates) so we can see your style on our material before committing. Strong test → steady ongoing work.
