Facelift for an existing Ionic/angular app

We have a fully operational PWA Ionic application (browser and native) that needs a better, more contemporary graphical appearance. However, the application won't be changed in any functional way. We just need it to look much more up-to-date. The multi-panel drop-down design built into the Uber drive app has given us renew hope that the functionality we are looking for can be used for our current app, with a more standard app design.
