# Family Law Evidence Cleanup — Paralegal / Litigation Support I need a U.S.-based family law paralegal, litigation-support specialist, or legal document organizer to help finish a custody and financial evidence project. A lot of real work has already been done over the last couple of years. Prior assistants created spreadsheets, timelines, text-message summaries, financial records, and Google Drive folders. The issue is that the work was not fully finished, not detailed enough, and not source-linked clearly enough for my lawyer to use efficiently. I need someone to review what already exists, clean it up, identify what is missing, and help turn it into an organized, attorney-reviewable evidence package. Everything is in Google Workspace / Google Drive, so you need to be very comfortable with Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, folder organization, file naming, and hyperlinks. ## Budget Phase 1 Audit: $250–$500 fixed fee Phase 2 Completion: $1,000–$2,000 fixed fee if Phase 1 goes well Fixed-price only. No hourly work. ## Phase 1: Audit Current Work For Phase 1, I need you to review the existing files and give me a clear written summary of: * What work is already complete * What is incomplete * What is usable * What is not usable yet * What is verified with source documents * What is missing source support * What files/folders need cleanup * What needs to be finished for my lawyer to use it * Your fixed-fee quote and plan for Phase 2 ## Phase 2: Finish the Package If Phase 1 goes well, the next step would be completing the final package, which may include: * Master timeline * Time-with-child record * Key communication summary * Financial/payment summary * Source links to documents * Missing-source list * Clean Google Drive structure * Attorney-review summary ## Important This is not a general VA job. This is not manual data entry. I do not need someone to, for example, retype bank statements or copy rows between spreadsheets.
