Family Law Intake Specialist (2 Openings) – Remote

Are you an experienced Family Law Intake Specialist with a passion for helping clients and a proven ability to convert leads into retained clients? We are looking for two (2) highly motivated professionals to join a growing Florida-based Family Law Firm. This role is ideal for candidates who have both legal intake and sales experience. Position Details Position: Family Law Intake Specialist Openings: 2 Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time Work Setup: Remote Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls from prospective clients seeking legal assistance. Respond promptly to online inquiries and follow up with leads who have submitted consultation requests. Conduct comprehensive client intake interviews and gather relevant information regarding family law matters, particularly divorce cases. Build rapport with prospective clients, assess their legal needs, and determine whether they are a good fit for the firm. Explain the firm's consultation process and confidently convert qualified leads into paid consultations. Process consultation payments and schedule appointments using Lawmatics. Maintain accurate client records, case notes, and communication history within the CRM. Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a seamless transition from intake to consultation. Deliver a professional, compassionate, and client-focused experience throughout the intake process. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Intake Specialist supporting a U.S. law firm is required. Family Law experience (particularly divorce cases) is required. Proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into paid consultations. Hands-on experience using Lawmatics is mandatory. Previous experience supporting a Florida-based law firm is strongly preferred. Familiarity with Florida geography and local communities. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral, easily understandable accent. Strong interpersonal, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For?
