Job Title: Family Law Litigation Support (Florida Parenting Plan Modification + Evidence Organization) Job Description: I am preparing a proposed modified parenting plan in an active high-conflict parenting matter in Florida and need support organizing evidence and drafting a revised parenting plan based on an existing signed order. Scope includes: Reviewing the current parenting plan Reviewing documented communications, timelines, and evidence Identifying patterns of instability, noncompliance, and operational gaps Organizing evidence by issue (education, timesharing, travel, communication, extracurriculars, etc.) Drafting a modified parenting plan using the current plan as the base (not a new plan) Aligning proposed modifications directly to supporting evidence Structuring the draft for judicial clarity and enforceability Key issues include: out-of-state parenting travel disclosure requirements educational decision-making authority extracurricular continuity child communication/device policies right of first refusal work-related disruptions to child schedule caregiver disclosure therapy continuity high-conflict communication boundaries Experience with Florida family law or parenting plans is strongly preferred.
