Farsi-Speaking Researchers with VPN – Online Media Research

Project Overview We are conducting a research project to understand the online media and information sources used by Iranian people in Japan, particularly sources available in Persian/Farsi. We are looking for a researcher who can conduct online research using Farsi/Persian keywords and access Japan-specific search results and websites using a VPN set to Japan. Your task will be to: - Search the provided keywords in Farsi/Persian - Use a VPN set to Japan when conducting the searches - Identify relevant Farsi online sources in Japan and/or prominent in Japan - Find media channels, websites, social media pages/communities, influencers, blogs, forums, and other relevant sources - Record the relevant sources and information in an Excel/Google Sheets template that we will provide Budget: USD 75 for the completed research task. If you’re also comfortable moderating a casual interview in Farsi, please let me know. However, this is not a requirement and will not affect your eligibility for the list-up research task.
