Expert Fashion Accessories Designer: Premium Faux Fur Volumous Earmuff Technical Specs & Mockups

We’re launching a premium faux fur earmuff brand and need a freelance accessories or fashion product designer to create technical design specifications and mockups for our hero product. We have created a tech pack as your baseline but need an EXPERT to review it and prefect it. The product: A luxury faux fur earmuff with a signature voluminous headband and another feature disclosed after signing the NDA. THE MOST CRITICAL DESIGN FEATURE — the headband: Most earmuffs have a thin, narrow headband that is significantly smaller in volume than the ear cups. This product is different. The headband must be substantially wide and voluminous — equal in volume fullness to the ear cups themselves (band not as wide as muff circumference but much wider and thicker than most bands), creating a thick, cloud-like headband effect across the top of the head. Think of it as a continuous halo of faux fur from ear to ear, where the band is noticeably wider and fuller than any standard earmuff band, but still proportionally narrower than the ear cups so it remains elegant. This silhouette is the signature visual of the brand and must be captured precisely in the specs. Second feature to be discussed after NDA. Third feature: Headband comfort and construction: The internal headband structure must be engineered for comfort. It must not cause headaches or pressure even after extended wear (90+ minutes). It must stay securely on the head in windy conditions. The material and construction of the inner band are critical — please specify recommended materials that achieve both comfort and hold. There are headbands on the market that have materials that facilitate comfort wear. Faux fur quality: This is a premium product. The faux fur must look and feel luxurious — no shedding, no loose fibers, no cheap finish. Please specify fur pile length, fiber type, and backing material that would achieve a high-end result. The only part that will not be the faux fur would be the inside of the ear cup. We are not cutting corners on materials. What I need from you: (Everything that I would need to send to the manufacturer to be successful)       •     Technical flat sketches: front, side, and back views       •     Clear illustration of the voluminous headband proportions       •     Feature to be disclosed after NDA       •     PERFECT Dimensions and construction notes       •     Internal headband material and structure recommendation       •     Faux fur material specifications       •     3 colorway callouts:       •     Hot Magenta / Fashion Fuchsia — RGB (220, 40, 140) — hero color       •     White (possibly ivory/cream — leaning white, TBD)       •     Cognac and or (blue black / Black - to be discussed with you) Reference images: I will provide photos of the current prototype showing the correct silhouette and headband volume. These are your visual reference for proportions. Ideal candidate:       •     Experience designing soft goods, accessories, headwear, or fashion accessories       •     Able to deliver clean technical sketches suitable to send to a manufacturer so that the final product is perfect and not money or time is wasted.       •     Understands premium product construction and material specification       •     Bonus: experience writing spec sheets for factory production or small business production Budget: $650 fixed price (If you are an expert in this field and can deliver the perfect above-par end result we can negotiate.
