About Us We are building ONTI MILANO, a luxury streetwear brand focused on elevated oversized garments, premium materials, cinematic visuals, and exclusive limited drops. We are preparing to market a new shirt release through VIP SMS access, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta ads. We need a highly creative AI specialist who understands fashion, luxury branding, streetwear culture, and visual storytelling. This is not just an AI image-generation job. We need someone who can help us build the entire creative world around each clothing drop. What We Need We are looking for an ongoing AI Fashion Creative Director / AI Image Artist who can take one of our shirts or hoodies and turn it into a complete campaign. You should be able to: Develop a strong theme, story, mood, and visual direction for each clothing drop. Create high-end AI fashion campaign images that look realistic, cinematic, editorial, and premium. Keep our actual garment design accurate when generating visuals. Create consistent models, environments, cars, locations, lighting, and campaign assets across multiple images. Build Instagram feed concepts, carousel ideas, Stories, Reels cover images, Meta ad creatives, and launch visuals. Organize the full creative rollout so our Instagram page feels intentional and cohesive. Help turn one product into multiple strong campaign concepts and content pieces. Understand what makes fashion visuals perform on Instagram, TikTok, and Meta ads. Our goal is to create visuals that feel like a real luxury streetwear campaign—not obvious AI content. Important Product Accuracy Requirement We will provide product photos and references for our shirts and hoodies. The garment must stay accurate to the reference photos. This includes: Exact logo placement Exact rhinestone placement Exact distressing, holes, stitching, fabric texture, and fit Correct colors Correct sleeve length, collar, proportions, and overall silhouette No random added graphics, altered logos, mirrored details, or changed shirt design We need someone detail-oriented who understands that the product must still look sellable and believable. First Project / Initial Campaign Scope For the first project, we want help creating a full creative direction for an upcoming shirt drop, including: Drop theme / concept Campaign story and mood Visual references or moodboard direction Suggested locations, props, models, vehicles, lighting, and styling AI-generated campaign images Instagram feed layout / posting order Meta ad static creative concepts Instagram Story creative concepts Reels cover concepts A clear content plan for how to use the visuals before and during launch We will likely begin with a paid test project before moving into an ongoing per-drop relationship. Style References We are inspired by luxury streetwear, high-fashion editorials, cinematic campaign visuals, European nightlife, Milan / Paris / Los Angeles energy, luxury vehicles, premium textures, moody lighting, flash photography, film grain, and aspirational fashion storytelling.
