Fashion Designer Needed for Compression Apparel Design (CLO 3D / Manufacturing Ready)

I’m looking for an experienced fashion/apparel designer to help bring a specialized compression wear concept to life. I already have rough sketches and concept designs that outline the basic structure, functionality, and intended support system, but I now need a professional to refine and develop them into production-ready apparel. This product is part of a compression support and therapy system, so experience with performance wear, medical garments, recovery wear, shapewear, or similar compression-based apparel is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in CLO 3D and capable of translating rough concepts into accurate, technically detailed garments that are ready for manufacturing. Scope of Work: - Review and understand rough concept sketches and intended product function - Refine the design while maintaining the original concept and purpose - Create accurate 3D garment models in CLO - Develop proper pattern structures, paneling, seam placements, and compression zones - Ensure fit, support functionality, and wearability are considered during development - Prepare complete tech packs and manufacturing-ready files for production - Recommend fabric types, stretch ratios, and construction methods suitable for compression therapy products Requirements: - Strong experience in fashion/apparel design - Advanced proficiency in CLO 3D - Previous work with compression garments, activewear, shapewear, orthopedic support wear, or medical apparel - Strong understanding of garment construction, fit engineering, and technical development - Ability to create production-ready files for manufacturers I can provide deeper product details, reference materials, and explain the intended functionality during the interview process.
