Fashion Designer for Modern Modest Women’s Wear (Long-Term) We are looking for a talented Fashion Designer to join our brand on a long-term basis. Our brand specializes in modern, elegant modest fashion for women. We are looking for someone with excellent taste, a strong understanding of current fashion trends, and the ability to translate ideas into production-ready designs. Responsibilities * Research global fashion trends and seasonal inspiration. * Develop original modest fashion concepts. * Design approximately 10 new styles per month. * Create professional fashion sketches (front and back views). * Prepare clear technical sketches and tech packs for factories. * Specify fabrics, trims, colors, measurements, and construction details. * Work closely with our team to refine and improve designs. * Suggest innovative details while maintaining our brand identity. * Communicate revisions until designs are production-ready. Requirements * Strong portfolio in women’s fashion (modest fashion experience is a major advantage). * Excellent Adobe Illustrator skills for technical flats. * Experience creating factory-ready tech packs. * Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics. * Ability to identify and interpret fashion trends. * High attention to detail. * Fluent English communication. * Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
