Fashion Designers / Concept Designers Needed for Cultural Performance Project

We are developing a multidisciplinary cultural project that combines fashion, performance, music, and film into one unified live experience. The project is not a traditional fashion collection — it is a conceptual performance system where each look represents a specific role, identity, or emotional state within a live show environment. We are looking for fashion designers who are interested in conceptual work, creative direction, and collaborative development of visual identities. ⸻ What you will be working on Your role will focus on: * Developing and visualizing conceptual looks based on a strong creative direction * Translating abstract ideas and character roles into fashion designs * Creating sketches, silhouettes, and detailed design directions * Collaborating on the visual language of the project (not just executing garments) * Helping shape the fashion identity of the performance as part of a larger system ⸻ Project direction The project explores identity, roles, and perception within systems through fashion and performance. Each look is designed as part of a larger narrative structure, where clothing reflects behavior, state, and transformation rather than seasonal fashion trends. Designs will be used in a live performance, film, and visual documentation. ⸻ What we are looking for * Strong conceptual and experimental fashion thinking * Ability to work from abstract ideas and transform them into visual design * Experience with silhouettes, character-based design, or costume/performance fashion is a plus * Interest in collaboration and creative direction, not only execution * Ability to sketch and communicate ideas visually ⸻ Collaboration structure This is a collaborative creative project, not a standard client–freelancer job.
