AI Fashion Photo & Video Creator — Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

Tourane Apparel is a fashion design and product-development company based in Da Nang, Vietnam. We are building an AI-powered fashion content workflow and are looking for an experienced creator to work with us on a full-time basis. We currently produce fashion photography and video through our own physical content studio. After many years of traditional content production, we are now looking to transition a significant part of this work to AI and create a faster, more scalable workflow. This is not intended to be a small or occasional project. For the right person, it offers consistent work, creative responsibility and the opportunity to help build our AI content operation from the ground up. The work will include: * Accurate e-commerce imagery for individual garments * Editorial and campaign content for websites and social channels * Lifestyle and social media imagery * Short-form AI fashion videos * UGC-style content for paid and organic social marketing * Development of consistent AI models, locations and visual concepts A critical part of the role is maintaining the accuracy of the original garment. Finished content must preserve its design, color, fabric, fit, proportions and important construction details. Responsibilities: * Create photorealistic fashion images using actual garments, product photos, CAD drawings and other references. * Place garments on realistic AI-generated models without materially changing the product. * Develop e-commerce, editorial, campaign, lifestyle and UGC-style content. * Transform approved images into short-form fashion videos. * Create natural model movement, camera movement and realistic fabric behavior. * Develop repeatable workflows that improve production speed and consistency. * Maintain a consistent visual identity across different content formats. * Make revisions based on feedback from our design and content teams. * Deliver organized, high-resolution files in the required formats and dimensions. Requirements: * A strong portfolio of AI-generated fashion images and videos. * Proven ability to preserve the details of garments provided as references. * Experience working from product photography, CAD drawings or technical garment references. * Ability to create realistic faces, hands, body proportions and movement. * Strong understanding of fashion photography, styling, lighting and composition. * Experience with professional AI image and video-generation tools. * Photoshop or comparable professional retouching skills. * Understanding of content for e-commerce, Instagram Reels, TikTok and paid social advertising. * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction. * Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times. * Availability for approximately 30–40 hours per week is preferred. Shortlisted applicants will be offered a paid test using one of our existing garment designs.
