I am looking for an experienced Fashion Product Developer, Apparel Technical Designer, or Garment Sourcing Consultant who can transform one selected concept into a realistic, commercially viable, and production-ready garment plan. This is a remote professional product-development project. The selected freelancer should understand how to translate conceptual fashion imagery into clear technical documentation and a realistic manufacturing strategy. Location Applicants may be based anywhere. Experience with garment-production markets such as India, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, Vietnam, or other relevant manufacturing regions is valuable. Project Objective The goal is to preserve the premium visual impact of the concept while developing a practical production method. The target bulk manufacturing range is approximately: $30–50 FOB per dress at around 100 units This is a commercial target, not a request to reduce quality blindly. The freelancer should explain what is technically realistic, what should be modified, and which construction methods could achieve a premium appearance within the target range. First Paid Milestone — $250 Fixed Price The first milestone covers the remote feasibility, product-development, technical-planning, sourcing-research, and costing stage for one selected dress concept. It does not include physical garment manufacturing, materials, shipping, or bulk production. Further professional development milestones may be offered after successful completion of the first stage. Deliverables The first milestone should include: 1. Detailed analysis of one selected AI-generated dress concept 2. Identification of unrealistic, fragile, expensive, or technically difficult details 3. Recommendations for adapting the concept into a manufacturable original design 4. Preliminary front and back technical flats 5. Proposed garment construction method 6. Preliminary bill of materials 7. Recommended fabric and lining specifications 8. Recommended beads, sequins, rhinestones, crystals, appliqués, fringe, flowers, and trims 9. Explanation of which elements should be embroidered, sewn, printed, machine-applied, or applied by hand 10. Estimated garment weight 11. Preliminary size and measurement recommendations 12. Estimated development and manufacturing cost ranges 13. Estimated unit-price ranges for 30, 50, 100, and 300 units 14. Research into suitable supplier and manufacturer categories 15. Shortlist of relevant sourcing or manufacturing options 16. Recommended sampling and production roadmap 17. Estimated timeline for the next development stages 18. Recommendations for maintaining a premium appearance within the target manufacturing range 19. Proposed scope, budget, and milestones for the next technical-development stage The deliverables must be presented in a clear written document. Generic advice, automated supplier lists, or a consultation call without written deliverables will not be sufficient.
