We specialize in rigid, highly structured, minimalist handbag silhouettes utilizing premium botanical mediums and alternative bio-textiles (such as high-grade mycelium, apple, and cactus leather). Our brand DNA values clean geometry, hidden complexities, and uncompromised structural integrity. Role Overview: We are seeking an expert Freelance Technical Accessories Designer to translate our creative concepts into factory-ready Technical Packages (Tech Packs) and exact 3D digital twins. Because we work with advanced plant-based materials, an elite understanding of internal structural engineering, reinforcement materials, and material tension is required. You will provide the exact blueprints for our premium European manufacturing partners. 
 Deliverables: • Technical Drafting: Create high-precision 2D technical flats detailing front, profile, interior layout, and cross-sectional architecture. 
• Comprehensive Tech Packs: Develop complete factory blueprints including detailed Bills of Materials (BOM), exact millimeter tolerances, stitching thread weights, and edge-paint protocols. • Structural Engineering: Specify the exact internal reinforcement layers (Texon boards, foam densities, microfibers, etc.) required to maintain a rigid, permanent silhouette using bio-textiles. • 3D Digital Twin Modeling: Build high-fidelity 3D models (via Clo3D, Rhino, or equivalent) to accurately simulate material tension, behavior, and grain placement over structural curves. Required Qualifications: • Industry Experience: 5+ years developing production-ready technical packages for luxury or premium contemporary handbag brands. • Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and advanced 3D fashion/industrial software (Clo3D, Rhino, or similar). • Construction Expertise: Master-level knowledge of classical luxury leather-goods engineering, assembly sequences, and structural pattern-making. • Alternative Materials: Strong understanding of how next-generation bio-textiles stretch, back, and react differently compared to traditional leather. Project Deliverables (Per Style) • Milestone 1: Initial 2D flat drafts and 3D wireframe/tension renders for proportion approval. • Milestone 2: Completed Bill of Materials (BOM) and hardware mapping. • Milestone 3: Final, factory-vetted 2D/3D Tech Pack with all structural lining and finishing specifications.
