Fast-growing ecom brand looking for an SEM expert that can drive INCREMENTAL revenue with Google.

We are a very fast growing athletics brand that is set to explode this Q4. We will be spending ton of budget on Meta and Tiktok this Q4 and we already have those channels resourced and performing. Now we're looking to bring someone on that can manage Google for us, but in a way that is TRULY INCREMENTAL. We have found that Google is notorious in terms of taking credit for conversions that it didn't actually drive (basically, taking credit for Meta conversions). We use Triple Whale and we look at two key metrics across our marketing channels: First click conversion attribution Cost per new visitor The key is to drive truly incremental revenue, per the above. We'll also have a "defensive" budget focused on protecting our brand terms. The goal there will be to maximize impression share while minimizing CPC. Just to be upfront: we're not looking to just spend money blindly on Google and trust their in-platform reporting.
