Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a Social Media Content Editor with strong content production skills and a modern AI-first workflow. You do not need to be a social media strategist. You do not need to build marketing campaigns. You do need to know how to create professional content efficiently. Personal social media experience is acceptable if you can demonstrate strong content creation, editing, and platform understanding. The ideal candidate is: * Creative * Fast * Organized * Coachable * Detail-oriented * Comfortable receiving feedback * Comfortable following brand standards * Excited about AI and automation Required Experience Minimum 3 years of social media management, content production, content editing, or closely related experience. We are open to candidates whose experience comes from: * Agency work * In-house marketing * Freelance content production * Personal brands * Creator businesses What matters is your ability to create professional content consistently. Required Tool Experience Strong experience with most of the following: Video Editing * CapCut * Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent * Descript * Veed Design * Canva Content Assets * Artlist or similar stock asset platform AI Tools * ChatGPT * AI-assisted editing tools * AI-assisted content workflows * AI-assisted graphic and content creation Collaboration * Google Workspace * Project management tools Candidates who are not actively using AI in their workflow are unlikely to be a fit. Responsibilities Video Content Produce approximately 16 videos per month. This is not 16 completely original productions. The work may include: * Talking-head edits * Existing SEA content formats * Content remixes * Short-form clips from long-form content * Captioning * B-roll integration * Music selection * AI-assisted production * Existing branded templates Some videos are simple edits. Some require more creativity and production. The workload balances across the month. Static Content Produce approximately 40 static assets per month. These may include: * Quote graphics * Carousels * Infographics * Repurposed content * Existing branded templates Content Operations * Maintain organized project files * Communicate progress clearly * Keep the team updated on status * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency * Help us scale production using AI and automation What Success Looks Like We value: * Professional quality * Speed * Reliability * Communication * Following instructions * Efficient use of AI ( We do not reward unnecessary complexity.
