Federal Civil RICO Specialist Needed – Complaint Review & MTD Research

I am seeking an attorney or senior legal researcher with meaningful civil RICO experience. I will provide the complaint and selected exhibits. I am looking for someone to independently review the pleadings and identify the strongest potential arguments for dismissal as applied to a specific defendant. Potential areas may include: • Operation or management of the alleged enterprise. • Pattern of racketeering activity. • Enterprise allegations. • Rule 9(b) pleading deficiencies. • Causation and reliance. • Claims against brokers, intermediaries, consultants, or other peripheral participants. • Standing, assignment, jurisdiction, service, or other threshold issues. The above are examples only. I am not looking for someone to confirm my theories. I am looking for an experienced civil RICO practitioner who can independently identify the strongest dismissal arguments based on the actual allegations. Deliverable: • 3-10 of the strongest authorities. • Brief explanation of why each authority is relevant. • Identification of the complaint allegations each authority would attack. I would rather receive a small number of carefully selected authorities whose facts and reasoning closely relate to the issues presented.
