Summary

We are a Georgia-based general contractor seeking an experienced federal government contracting consultant to help us identify lower-competition construction opportunities and develop a data-driven federal bidding strategy. Our company focuses on construction, repair, renovation, roofing, and facility improvement projects. We primarily pursue 1-3 trade projects and have a single-project bonding capacity of approximately $500,000. We need a consultant who can help us: • Analyze our historical federal bids • Identify low-competition opportunities • Research agencies and buying patterns • Evaluate federal market intelligence software • Develop a practical bid/no-bid framework • Create a 6-12 month federal pursuit strategy The engagement will begin with a paid test project reviewing 5-10 previous opportunities before moving into a larger analysis. Preferred experience includes: • Federal construction contracting • SAM.gov • USASpending.gov • FPDS • GovWin IQ • GovTribe • HigherGov • Federal Compass • Competitive intelligence • Bid strategy • Construction market research Please provide examples of similar work and explain your approach to analyzing competition levels, incumbent contractors, agency buying patterns, and federal construction opportunities.
