Fibre / Telecom Expert Needed for Spatial Data Product Research

We are developing a new spatial data product for the telecommunications industry and are looking for an experienced consultant to help us validate the market need, refine the product concept, and understand how telecom companies use GIS and location data in practice. The initial focus is on building-level spatial data and how it could support telecom workflows such as fibre planning, serviceability analysis, rollout prioritisation, market expansion, address qualification, enterprise sales, and network operations. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in the following areas: - Telecom GIS or network planning - Fibre / broadband rollout planning - OSP design or network engineering - Telecom asset management or network inventory - Serviceability, address qualification, or sales territory planning - GIS platforms used in telecom, such as Esri, VETRO, IQGeo, 3-GIS, Smallworld, OSPInsight, or similar - OSS/BSS, network data, or telecom workflow integration The ideal consultant will have worked directly with a telecom operator, fibre provider, broadband infrastructure company, or specialist telecom GIS vendor.
