We are launching a Validation Run (VR) for a platform that merges the high-demand premium fashion market (Nike, Adidas, and luxury streetwear) with digital ownership and authentication infrastructure via unique QR codes. We are seeking a sharp, analytical, and execution-oriented Field Market Research / Operations Specialist to thoroughly validate our Product-Market Fit, structure our supplier compliance metrics, and audit our omnicahnnel customer journey. This is a single, well-defined, fully funded fixed-price project managed entirely through Upwork. For the right candidate, this initial deliverable serves as a strategic filter for a long-term role as our Remote Operations Lead. Project Context & Technical Solution: Our platform bridges physical goods (Real-World Assets / RWA) with secure digital provenance. By binding unique QR codes to highly authentic streetwear garments, we establish an unassailable record of provenance and current ownership, laying the foundation for a secure peer-to-peer resale ecosystem. For this initial Validation Run (VR), we operate under an omnichannel, asset-light, multi-hub framework—partnering with brick-and-mortar suppliers to mitigate inventory risk before committing major capital. Scope of Work – Specific Requirements to Substantiate: The selected consultant will design, structure, and document the rigorous qualitative data and Scrum Backlog required to clear corporate compliance reviews and ensure an institutional-grade validation blueprint. You will thoroughly substantiate and resolve the following critical points: • Supplier Authenticity Framework: Build the evaluation metrics and verification standards that local physical stores must pass to clear our strict originality filters. This includes auditing Authorized Distribution Invoices, Customs/Import Manifestos (SAT/Pedimentos), and cross-checking SKU/Serial Numbers (e.g., Nike’s 9-digit style codes). • Agile Sprint & Backlog Architecture: Refine and expand our 2-week Sprint Epic architecture into actionable Scrum User Stories. This covers the strategic deployment of hybrid sales cells (Student Brand Ambassadors in private universities vs. Marketplace Sales Assistants), immediate Click & Collect/Drop-shipping logistics, and onboarding technical metrics. • UX/Adoption Risk Assessment: Design the analytical auditing method to measure the buyer's success rate when scanning the physical QR tag and claiming digital asset ownership within our platform, ensuring zero friction during the transition from physical item to digital record. Required Professional Profile: • Credentials: Proven track record in Market Research, Product Management, Agile Methodologies (Scrum/Product Owner frameworks), or Operations Engineering. • Expertise: Strong background handling business validation data, retail supply chains, luxury/premium fashion market trends, or digital asset traceability networks. • Approach: Exceptional executive synthesis and business writing skills.
