Field Robotics Research Operator - Industrial Video Collection in Malaysia

We are looking for field operators in Malaysia to support a robotics research data collection project. The work involves sourcing industrial environments and collecting egocentric video footage inside factories, manufacturing plants, processing facilities, warehouses, assembly lines, logistics sites, and similar operational environments. Operators will help secure access to suitable facilities, coordinate with owners or managers, and execute on-site video collection according to provided instructions. Footage should capture real industrial workflows, spaces, equipment, and worker movement while following all safety, privacy, and data collection protocols. Compensation is tiered and based on approved collection volume and facility size. Operators may receive a facility sourcing/setup bonus once a site is approved and completed, per worker-hour payouts for approved video collected, and volume bonuses for larger facilities or higher total hours. A portion of the budget may also be allocated to the facility or participating workers as an approved incentive to support access and participation. Budgets typically range from USD $500-$2,000+ per facility, with higher payouts possible for larger sites, especially facilities with 50+ workers or strong collection throughput.
