Field Sales Representative (Commission-Based) – B2B Sales

Nexlyra Solution LLC provides professional 24/7 Remote CCTV Monitoring Services for businesses including retail stores, gas stations, warehouses, construction sites, parking facilities, shopping centers, and other commercial properties. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and confident Field Sales Representative to visit local businesses in person, introduce our CCTV Monitoring Services, and bring in new clients. This is a commission-based opportunity for individuals who are comfortable meeting business owners face-to-face and generating new business through direct outreach. Responsibilities - Visit local businesses and commercial properties in your area. - Meet with business owners, managers, and decision-makers. - Present Nexlyra Solutions' 24/7 Remote CCTV Monitoring Services. - Identify businesses that can benefit from professional monitoring. - Generate leads and close new clients. - Maintain professional relationships with prospects. - Provide regular updates on outreach activities and sales progress. Compensation - 50% Commission on Every Client You Successfully Close - No earning cap. - High-income potential for motivated sales professionals. Commission Structure You will receive 50% of the revenue generated from every client you successfully bring to Nexlyra Solution LLC. Commission will be paid for up to 6 months for each successfully signed and paying client. Commission Example - If a client pays $1,000 per month, you earn $500 per month for 6 months. - If a client pays $2,000 per month, you earn $1,000 per month for 6 months. - If a client pays $3,000 per month, you earn $1,500 per month for 6 months. The more clients you close, the more you earn. There is no limit to your commission potential. Requirements - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Comfortable with face-to-face sales and networking. - Previous sales or business development experience is a plus. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented. - Professional appearance and attitude. - Ability to work independently.
