Figma Designer + Vibe Coder - Design & Build Web Interfaces

I run a web design agency and I'm looking for a hybrid designer who lives in Figma but can also take designs all the way into working code using AI-assisted tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and similar). The ideal person is someone who can own a project from visual concept to functional build - not just hand off a static Figma file and walk away. What you'll do: Design clean, modern, high-end web interfaces in Figma - landing pages, full sites, design systems Translate those designs into responsive, production-quality code using AI coding tools Iterate fast based on feedback and keep the visual quality tight throughout Who I'm looking for: Strong Figma skills with a real eye for design - layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy Comfortable vibe coding with tools like Claude Code or Cursor, and able to actually ship a working build, not just prompt and hope Front-end fluency (HTML/CSS, ideally some JS) so you know when the AI output is wrong and can fix it Bonus: experience with Webflow, Shopify, or animation work (GSAP, scroll effects) What I'm NOT looking for: Designers who only do static mockups, or people who lean entirely on AI without understanding the code underneath. You need both halves - taste and the ability to build. This starts as project-based work, with the possibility of becoming a part-time role if we're a good fit.
