Job Title: Figma Designer — Web to Mobile UI Conversion (EdTech App) Overview We're looking for an experienced Figma designer to convert existing web app designs into mobile-optimised screens for iOS (iPhone + iPad) and Android. The web designs are already complete and available in Figma. This is a conversion and adaptation project — not a brand new design brief. About the Product We are building a Virtual Maths Academy for students aged 10–16. The platform includes student-facing learning flows and a parent dashboard. The designs are clean, modern and well-structured. Your job is to make them feel native and natural on mobile. What You'll Be Doing - Converting approximately 20–25 existing web screens into mobile variants in Figma - Adapting layouts for iOS and Android screen sizes and conventions - Ensuring tap targets, spacing, typography and navigation patterns meet mobile standards - Producing clean, well-organised Figma files with properly named layers and components - Handing off annotated specs ready for developer implementation What We're Looking For - Strong Figma skills — you must be proficient, not just familiar - Proven experience converting web UI to mobile — please include relevant examples in your application - Understanding of iOS and Android design conventions (HIG and - Material Design guidelines) - Attention to detail — pixel-perfect output is expected - Ability to work independently with minimal direction given that the design system is already established What We're Not Looking For - Someone who will simply resize web screens — we need genuine mobile adaptation - Generalist graphic designers without product UI experience - Anyone who cannot show relevant web-to-mobile portfolio work Deliverables - Fully adapted mobile screens for all 20–25 screens - Organised Figma file with components and styles consistent with the existing design system - One round of revisions included Timeline - We'd like this completed within 2 weeks of project start.
