Figma Email Designer Needed

About Us We are a growing email marketing agency specializing in eCommerce brands. We create high-converting email campaigns and automated flows for Shopify and Klaviyo clients across beauty, lifestyle, gifting, and consumer product industries. We're looking for a talented email designer who can transform marketing briefs and copy into clean, professional, conversion-focused email designs in Figma. You will be working with a beauty brand to start. This is a DESIGN ONLY job, we're not looking for implementation but it would be nice to have. Responsibilities - Design promotional email campaigns in Figma - Follow existing brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas - Design mobile-first, conversion-focused layouts - Organize Figma files for smooth handoff to development - Prepare assets and image exports for email implementation Requirements - Strong portfolio of eCommerce email design work, beauty would be a plus! - Advanced proficiency in Figma - Understanding of email marketing best practices - Ability to create clean, organized design files - Strong attention to detail - Ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly Typical projects include: - 4–12 promotional email designs per month Please include: - A link to your portfolio - 3–5 examples of email designs you've created - Your typical turnaround time - Your rate per email We are looking for someone who values long-term collaboration and can consistently produce high-quality, conversion-focused email designs.
