Figma to Framer Conversion: SaaS Landing Page, Design Already Done

Summary

We have a complete, finished Figma design for our SaaS landing page and need it converted into a fully functional Framer website. The design covers the full page, hero through footer, and is built with auto layout and properly named components, so it should translate cleanly. A couple of hover states aren't explicitly shown in the file, we're open to the freelancer designing tasteful, subtle interactions for those. We'd also like simple fade-in animations on scroll for each section if that's standard for your builds. Looking for someone detail-oriented who can match the file closely while making smart calls on small gaps. Full responsiveness required.
