Adobe InDesign Designer Needed – Recreate & Update 2027 Planner We're looking for a detail-oriented Adobe InDesign designer to recreate and update our 2027 planner for professional printing. Some design work in Figma might be needed, but that's not primary. The original design files are no longer available, but we have a complete print-ready PDF and individual PNG images of every page as references. The goal is to recreate the planner as a fully editable Adobe InDesign file, update it for the 2027 calendar year, and prepare organized, print-ready files for commercial printing. The project includes: Recreating approximately 20 master page layouts in Adobe InDesign Updating all 2027 monthly and weekly calendar pages Inserting weekly quotes throughout the planner Creating a well-organized, editable source file using styles and master pages Delivering print-ready PDFs and packaged InDesign files This is a short-term project with the potential for ongoing work. We update our planner every year and regularly have additional publication and print design projects. Ideal qualifications: Strong Adobe InDesign experience Experience with planners, books, journals, or other editorial publications Knowledge of commercial print production Excellent attention to detail and organization Figma experience not required, but a plus Please include examples of similar publication or planner work, along with your estimated timeline and budget.
