Figma design system and visual identity for an agency content library

We are building the visual system for an agency brand and we are looking for one designer to build it properly, once. This is not a batch of graphics. It is a small, disciplined design system in Figma, plus a set of exemplar assets that set its standard. Everything afterwards gets assembled in house from your templates, so the quality of your thinking outlives the engagement. WHAT YOU WOULD BUILD Foundations, meaning colour primitives and semantic tokens, category modes, spacing and radius scales, and a type ramp. A tokenised primitives kit of about twenty flat vector components, plus concept primitives for three service lines. Three mockup shells with image slots. Card and gallery slide templates with real auto layout and exposed properties. Exemplar assets that set the standard for everything produced later. A landscape portfolio deck template set. And a short docs page so the system can be used without you. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Restraint. The visual register is editorial rather than advertising. Flat muted colour fields, type that leads, one object per composition, generous space. Think of the way strong tech brands present their own campaign work rather than the way freelance marketplaces usually look. We care more about judgement than volume. If your portfolio shows a few things done with real care, that is more interesting to us than fifty pieces. WHAT YOU GET FROM US A brief that has already done its homework. Exact component manifest, composition rules, annotated visual references, and a decided plan for every asset, so you spend your hours designing rather than guessing. Palette, typeface and graphic treatment are genuinely yours to propose. We align on them together over one sample before anything scales. BUDGET AND PROCESS Fixed at 700 dollars across five milestones, with the first releasing at sample approval rather than at the end. One revision round at the sample stage and one pass of adjustments at handoff. Two shared reviews, an early alignment on a sample card and a walkthrough at handoff. Pace is agreed together at kickoff rather than imposed. If you think the scope is too large for the budget, tell us what you would cut and why. That answer is genuinely useful to us.
