File migration assistant — download & re-upload media libraries across 3 platforms to Shade (2TB+)

Overview : We are a creative marketing agency migrating client media libraries from third-party platforms into our internal DAM (Shade). We need someone reliable and self-sufficient to handle the download and re-upload of assets across three clients. This is a straightforward but large-scale file transfer job — no editing or creative work required. We have had issues in the past with freelancers needing too much hand-holding. We need someone who can take clear instructions and execute independently. What needs doing: Three separate client libraries need migrating. For each one you will: - Be provided access to the source platform - Download all assets in full - Upload everything into the correct destination folder in Shade (links provided) - Preserve all existing folder structures exactly as they are — do not rename, reorganise, or flatten anything - Confirm completion per client Requirements: - Experience with large file transfers (1TB+) - Comfortable working with media platforms (Air, Playbook, Uplifted etc) - Fast, reliable internet connection capable of handling large uploads/downloads - Able to work independently - Good communication — we need progress updates and confirmation on completion Budget & timeline: Fixed price: $200 for all three clients. We'd like this completed within 5–7 days of hire.
