FileMaker Pro Developer Needed – Integrate FileMaker with QuickBooks Online

We are looking for an experienced FileMaker Pro developer with QuickBooks Online API integration experience to help us connect our local FileMaker solution with QuickBooks Online. Project Overview Our company operates a custom FileMaker Pro system that manages both Invoices and Purchase Orders. We need a reliable integration that can push data from FileMaker into QuickBooks Online. Scope of Work 1. Invoice Integration When an invoice is approved in FileMaker, the system should create a corresponding invoice in QuickBooks Online. Data to be pushed includes: Customer information Invoice number Invoice date Invoice description Invoice line items Prices and totals Relevant invoice notes (if applicable) 2. Purchase Order Integration When a Purchase Order is approved in FileMaker, the system should create a corresponding Purchase Order in QuickBooks Online. Data to be pushed includes: Vendor information PO number Item descriptions Quantity Unit price Extended totals Relevant notes (if applicable) Technical Requirements Strong experience with Claris FileMaker Pro Experience integrating with QuickBooks Online API Ability to authenticate using OAuth 2.0 Experience creating and updating QuickBooks transactions Ability to provide error handling and logging Clean, well-documented code Experience working with FileMaker scripts, JSON, and API integrations Existing Environment Local FileMaker Pro application QuickBooks Online account already established Data structures for invoices and purchase orders already exist in FileMaker Deliverables Working FileMaker-to-QuickBooks Online integration Documentation for setup and maintenance Error logging/reporting mechanism Testing and validation of both Invoice and Purchase Order workflows To Apply, Please Include Your FileMaker experience (years and versions used) Examples of previous QuickBooks Online integrations Whether you have worked with FileMaker API integrations before Estimated timeline for completion Estimated project cost Your availability for a Teams or Zoom meeting We are looking for someone who has completed similar integrations before and can provide references or examples of past work.
