About Us We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm looking for an experienced Filevine expert who specializes in reporting, custom reports, collections, dashboards, and workflow analytics. This is not a data entry position. We are looking for someone who understands how to extract meaningful information from Filevine and build reports that help manage a high-volume law practice. What We Need We need assistance creating and refining reports that track: Case phases and workflow Medical treatment status Settlement pipeline Demand tracking Litigation pipeline Task completion Aging reports Client communication compliance Missing records/billing Staff productivity Negotiations and settlements KPI dashboards Custom Collections reporting We're also looking for recommendations on improving reporting and identifying data we should be tracking. Qualifications You should have: Extensive experience with Filevine Reports Experience creating Collections Experience building Custom Reports Knowledge of Filevine Project Types Experience working with personal injury law firms (preferred) Ability to explain report logic in plain English Strong analytical skills Bonus experience includes: Filevine API Power BI Excel reporting Google Looker Studio Zapier Make.com Filevine Bots/Automations Deliverables Examples include: Custom reports Dashboard recommendations Workflow reports Staff KPI reports Settlement tracking reports Litigation reports Demand aging reports Case audit reports This Could Become Long-Term If you're knowledgeable with Filevine, this will likely become an ongoing relationship.
