Filipino Digital Advertiser Needed

We are looking for a Filipino digital advertiser to help drive Filipino traffic to a free, just-for-fun poker app. If you play poker, that's especially good! We are open to any source of scalable traffic, most likely from meta, tiktok, or google. Note that while we are NOT a gambling site, and our app is purely for fun and leaderboard points, many platforms will not allow any sort of poker advertising. We would like to start on a per-project basis for approximately 5 hours, but if you can deliver traffic, this can be an ongoing job.
